- Automatic entry and exit from the common entrance: If a smartphone is registered in the common entrance, Smart One Pass is running, and a BLE common entrance terminal is installed, you can automatically enter and exit the common entrance of the apartment.

- Parking location registration: Register the parking location using the underground parking lot's BLE emergency bell and Bluetooth communication. If the parking location is registered properly, you can check the parking location on the wall pad (unit device) within the household.

- Check parking location: If you register your parking location even once, you can check the last time you registered your parking location and the underground parking pillar number.
