App user authorization module via SMS and Email

Smile Experts app allows registration to everyone by the phone number or with a Facebook account. SMS gateway credentials are covered in global credentials project.

App user CRM mapping module

We will identify and map app users which are known to your business by the phone number or Facebook ID, allowing for direct CRM access, if an employee or a vendor, or personalization features.

Contact List module

This module comes with a global app directory search option. Selected contacts are added to each user's contact list by default.

Chat Module

Any app user can participate in a direct or a group chat with another app user. Chats allow for rich text and media messaging, including recorded voice messages and most types of media files. Chats also allow for threaded message reply to point out an originating message when responding. Any message can be marked with a "Star" to be filtered later.

Voice Calls

Any app user can call another user directly or participate in a group audio call. Direct calls are currently established via WebRTC.

Split-screen Video Calls

Any app user can establish a video chat session with another user or a group, with an option to switch camera during a live call and be connected from multiple devices simultaneously, providing for the various angles of view if needed. The call interface happens in a split-screen environment, allowing to see the chat with the calling party, then switch to other chats when on a call to continue using chats while on a call.

Tasks

Any app user can add or view tasks that were set to this user. Tasks can be generated by adding them manually from a task list, or by transforming a selected message into a task.

Web Adaptor Module

WAM allows for incorporating any AppStore-approved live web mobile content to be directed from a web data source into this app, in a compatible HMTL format.

Admin Module

Functions include: User management, billing information and resource usage, shortcuts to any internal resources to manage website listings and other functions.
