Added the option to sort in what order items are rendered in each row. All the settings to hide/show items are moved to this screen as well.
Added option to set colour for tomorrows events, just like for today's
Added option to show notes
Added option to down prioritise all day events so they are displayed last each day
Fixed an issue with all day events and time zones, they should now disappear at midnight
Updated joda time

1.4.1 fixes an issue with pre sdk14 devices
