Major Sniper Update!!!

- Added Sniper view effects, including Negative, Sepia, and more!
- Added a light to the Sniper. Turning on the light turns on your device's flashlight, if it has one.
- Fixed bug where the Sniper camera view would close upon app exit.
- Graphics fixes.
- Added some customization options in the new Settings page. You can now change the sniper crosshair type!
- You can also change the font to a military-style font or the same font, in 3D!
