The SOLV™ Buddy app will enable SOLV sales champions to execute their day to day activities with ease and comfort. Moreover, team leaders and managers will be able to monitor the progress and help their sales champions with information, anywhere, anytime.

Aimed at bringing a measurable improvement in the sales management and customer support infrastructure, the SOLV buddy app will help sales champions:

- onboard SMEs on the SOLV™ platform

- upload catalogues for SMEs

- support SMEs in creating orders

On this app, the team leaders can:

- set daily, weekly and monthly targets for the champions

- track and monitor their performance

- incentivise them on the basis of target fulfilment and transactions done by the SME

This app endeavours to manage sales and support teams efficiently and in a structured manner, which will contribute to meeting targets in the areas of revenue, market share and user satisfaction. In addition to this, the SOLV™ buddy app will help set tailored targets and bring greater accountability in day to day activities.

The app will ensure that target accounts are covered on priority by the champs and onboarded SMEs can reach out to them in case of any queries via call or chat. Furthermore, the buddy app will allow sales champions analyse their daily, weekly, monthly activities and plan ahead.
