denomination “ASOCIACION CIVIL SONIDO DE ESPERANZA” founded in the city of Bovril, La Paz Department of the Province of Entre Ríos, this non-profit civil entity is constituted for an indefinite period of time.

Promote and support the practice of social responsibility, the vocation of service and citizen participation.

Encourage the spirit of collaboration among its associates, trying to solve the claims that they or third parties make to the institution; and exercise their representation and defense of the interests of the association.

Make the exercise of children's rights and human rights effective.

Promote all kinds of collaboration of the institutions that promote the well-being and defense of the economic, social, cultural and political rights of the inhabitants of the region, striving especially for social equity and human rights.

Promote access to basic education, health and housing services.

Study the problems of the region and carry out projects to solve them, within their possibilities, requests for assistance, help or collaboration received from institutions, entities or groups of people, especially children, adolescents and women with social needs arbitrating own resources or managing these of public or private origin.
