Sookham means ‘all happiness ‘in Sanskrit.

At Sookham, we believe that “We are not what we eat; we are what we absorb.”

We feature a menu inspired by the principles of Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine and wellness. On top of all dishes being vegan, we aim to offer food that is primarily organic, locally sourced, and made fresh in-house.

It is important that we respect where food comes from, connecting and infusing love into your meal thus bringing mindfulness into your food consumption routine. Sookham is not just a place to eat, but an experience in itself, promising a welcoming space for everyone to find the lightness of being through the art of conscious and mindful eating.
