-Removed the ad shown when closing the app
-Safety stop will no longer trigger an ad automatically
-Buffer level is no longer read and broadcast when the app is not visible
-Reduced the number of ads shown
-Introduced safety check to guaratee ads to be shown only inside app and with user interaction.
-The app will no longer broadcast "streaming" when the buffer is filled at a specified level. Replaced buffer with streaming in status bar.
-Other improvements
