I am Santeri Sorasahi and I help both women and men to burn fat and increase muscle mass. You can be a complete beginner or a more experienced trainer. The most important thing is that you are motivated to achieve results!

Coaching is personal online coaching that you can participate in regardless of location. I offer everyone a free consultation (video call), which is not yet binding. In the consultation, we go over your situation and goals and find out if I am the right coach for you.
