Facilitated new card inserted in the Sos's address book, in this version the only mandatory fields are "Contact Name" and "Phrase To Say", the remaining fields if empty will be valorized with the default values.

Note: the "Contact Name" can also be a name not present in the phone's address book, for example WhatsApp Group name.
