The “Spektrum Die Woche” app brings you “Spektrum – Die Woche”, the digital science magazine from Spektrum der Wissenschaft, and selected editions of “Spektrum Kompakt” as an app version on smartphones, iPads, tablets and the like - automatically adapted to each display your mobile device. Get understandable and well-founded information about the most important and exciting findings from research!

Every week the editorial team at Spektrum.de summarizes the latest news and background information from science and technology for you in one issue. Exclusive translations from "Nature" and "Scientific American" round off the look into research, collections of facts dispel many myths, and comments from the editorial team or from invited authors take a clear stance on relevant topics. In the “Of course!” section you will find answers to everyday questions, the pictures of the week offer fascinating insights and the reviews introduce you to interesting new releases from the world of non-fiction and specialist books, as well as CDs and DVDs.

Subscription:

You can buy the app editions of “Spektrum – Die Woche” as a single issue for 1.99 euros or obtain them as a subscription. The subscription also includes selected individual issues of “Spektrum Kompakt”. The editions of “Spektrum Kompakt” included in the app can also be purchased individually for 5.99 euros each. To gain an insight into what is on offer, three articles can be read free of charge.

The GooglePlay subscription for 4.99 euros runs for one month and is automatically renewed. Alternatively, a subscription for 13.99 euros and a term of three months and an annual subscription for 47.99 euros are also available. The subscriptions can be canceled at any time and then end after the selected term.

After confirmation of the purchase or subscription, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your GooglePlay account.
