Correctly sort holiday documents for users.
Update the document viewer to have normal scrolling.
Hide old holidays for guides and remove old documents for them
Sort Holidays by there date rather than name.
Alerts the user when a new document is added to and existing holiday or a new holiday is added.
Fix the link for the privacy policy on the T and Cs.
