Share your child's health & safety profile with a coach, trainer, or event host

Check your child in to his or her next sporting event to give event organizers access to health & safety profiles, including your contact information in case of emergency, and to complete waiver forms. When the event is complete, access to your data is locked.

SPORT iD provides:

- Immediate access to basic, yet time sensitive information like emergency contacts and medical data (e.g., allergies, previous injuries, etc.)

- The ability to control which data is revealed to which users.

- Ability to pre-fill out and sign waivers from your phone
