Moves measure the movements you make during your workout. For example; You run at a low intensity for 10 minutes and collect 200 Moves. The Move scores are independent of body weight, so you can compare your Moves with your friends' Moves.

The easiest and fastest way to collect Moves is to play sports at Sports Center Atlas. Log in directly on the devices with your MyWellness account and train with the programs. You can also record the steps manually via the Sports Center Atlas app or link it with other apps such as Runkeeper, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal or Strava.
