SportsGuide is a free and ad-free app for advanced athletes. It will not offer you a workout, but will join yours. You define the exercises and SportsGuide will assist you by predicting your next performance based on your last results. During a workout, it continually provides an estimate for your repetitions or time per distance and enables you to optimize breaks and your workout plan. After a workout, the App predicts your optimal recovery duration. This works for any kind of exercise: Run 5K, 10K or a marathon, SportsGuide will join you without telling you what to do. Why should it? You know your stuff.

These predictions let you compete against yourself. Based on your results, SportsGuide computes your average performance and creates fun challenges you can complete to earn additional experience. Experience? Yes, we have a motivational muscle based level system in place, challenging you to reach your limits.

You can share your workout results as challenges for your friends and let competition help you surpass your limits. Add a custom text when they beat you or lose to you to motivate them and keep pushing. You can also share and receive whole workout plans with videos and descriptions, weight and repetitions or distance this way.

Analyze your results by looking at your workout log. Track your regeneration process in real time. SportsGuide does not tell you what to do, but supports you in what you want to do!

SportsGuide works for any kind of sport. Running, swimming, gym, you name it. Whether your workout is repetition based or time based, we've got your back. Create interval training routines, recreate your favorite Freeletics workout or simply count your repetitions. SportsGuide improves your fitness without telling you what to do.

Speaking of data, we do not store anything. It's all on your mobile. Seriously, it's just trouble for everyone involved, we have no clue why other people do it. We also hate ads, so there are none. And it's free, so just give it a shot and let us know what you liked or disliked.
