- fix save lock config
- add init [sni]
- improve ssl/sni connection
- fix translate indonesia (ssh ping aktif/nonaktif)
- fix minor bug

Note:
- detect as ssl/sni connection if port 443 & sni not empty or
- detect as ssl/sni connection if proxy start with https://, if proxy start with http:// or without scheme it will be force to use normal connection (socks4:// force to socks4 and socks5:// force to socks5)
