Students Attendance

Very simple app to take students attendance and can be seen by parents

This app can be used by any academy to take students attendance and the parents can see the attendance report on the app.

It has the following login types:

1) School Admin - who can manage teachers and students, can take attendance of all classes, and view report for all classes.

2) Class Teacher - who can take attendance of his/her class, and view report for his/her class.

This is a demo app. Please follow below steps to try the demo:

Taking Attendance: by Admin login

1. Login with mobile no. a123 and password 123

2. Go to Students menu and add student(s) in Demo Class with your mobile number(s).

3. Go to Attendance menu and choose the Session.

4. You will see the list of students below. Click on the green circle of your student(s) to mark absence. The green circle will change to red (Note: Click once again to remove marked absence if the student is selected by mistake).

5. Click on the Submit button. Note: The submit button will not be visible if the attendance for the day/session is taken already. In that case, please choose a different date (in real case the date change will not be allowed for the staff), change the Session and try again.

Login as Class Teacher and see the difference:

mobile no. t123 and password t123

Report:

School Admin can see the absents report for any period any class by clicking on Report menu. Class teachers can view only their class absents and parents can see only their wards.

Notes:

1. Please inactivate your student after testing.

2. This app can be used from computer/laptop also.
