The Sui app is a faithful companion for people who had to leave their country of origin and now live in Switzerland. It offers simply prepared and illustrated information on various everyday topics, step-by-step instructions, exercises and local offers to cope with life in Switzerland and the associated challenges.

On the one hand, the app contains information on many important topics such as the asylum procedure, professional integration, finding accommodation, finances or the health system. On the other hand, the app offers different ways to improve well-being, such as techniques to deal with stress and difficult emotions or for better sleep.

The app was created through the collaboration of the Swiss Red Cross with the University of Bern and the Free University of Berlin as well as with many other specialist departments and experts. The content and offers of the app are constantly updated and developed.
