Swimmingly Timer on Android supports the timer role for a Swimmingly swim meet

Swimmingly Timer can be used by clubs using Swimmingly as in-app timing/officiating/scoring for their swim meets. The app is cross-platform with (4) roles: Starter, Timers, Judges, and Scorekeeper.
