hotfix: fixed the marathon submission score and another minor bugfix

- removed useless permission requests (were needed because of a plugin)
- new design
- swiping should finally work great now
- changed a bit how scores are submitted (check out the options menu, you can set your username there)
- you can challenge other players from the instascore
- added a powerup
- added a store to buy the powerup :)

- more powerups
- achievements
- a new game mode
