In April of 2022, Switchblade radio launched , a twentyfour hour and seven day a week radio show featuring Johnny B. The show consists of, rock music with special talk and country music. In 2022, Johnny Exotic expanded to broadcast Monday through Sunday. Johnny Exotic makes random appearances to co-host the show with Johnny B. In April 2022, the station announced that Johnny B, a longtime commentator and contributor at the station, would be the permanent host of the program.

Saturday Morning Show is a weekly talk program broadcast on Saturdays. The wide-ranging program described itself as "irreverent" and often covers real world problems from a human interest angle, rather than appealing directly to a particular fan base.

On Sunday mornings, Switchblade Radio also broadcasts a show entitled classic country.
