Apply for the service through “TAW-SEEL” smartphone application.

Specify where and when you want to receive the service at your convenience.

The smart routing engine of “TAW-SEEL” service will then receive your requests and directs them to the vehicle most compatible with those requests. Routing calculations are based on your location, service time, trip duration, and traffic.

Once the service vehicle arrives at the desired location and at the specified time, you will be notified to proceed to it and complete your transactions with the assistance of a customer happiness consultant

After completing your transaction, you will be invited to evaluate the quality of the services and provide your feedback.
