Fixed issue that prevented some markers and huts from showing on the map.

Updated the trail path size and color.
Added the ability to show and hide markers by type.
Added possible water source markers.

Improved overall performance of the Te Araroa- The Trail App.

Bug Fixes:
Location button no longer gets disabled when changing between different pages within the app.
Bunch of other random bug issues.
