TelOne Free WiFi allows free access to TelOne public Wifi hotspots.
How to enable free data? Select Settings -> WiFi -> Enable WiFi -> Select TelOne WiFi Hostpot and connect.
On the TelOne Free WiFi app click ON/OFF to On to enable Free access
