Here to bring you the authentic taste of family

It’s been three decades since I stepped into a professional kitchen to begin a lifelong career in creating authentic Lebanese food. But it’s in my mother’s kitchen where I learned just how food can truly bring the whole family together.

Now, some years later and five children of my own, it’s still my mother’s recipes that get the whole family around the dinner table. And it’s this feeling of togetherness that Teta’s aims to bring to the community of Belsize Village.

We’ve pulled together fresh quality ingredients to curate a menu that suits everyone in the family. Whether that’s tender chargrilled lamb and chicken to soothe the cravings of the meat eaters among us. Or dishes such falafel, moussaka, and bamieh for those that prefer to stay strictly plant-based. There’s something for everyone.

Lebanese cuisine is all about sharing, so we’re more than happy to welcome large groups. And you’ll find our selection of mezze, from freshly-made hummus, kibbeh and fatayer, to sambousek, rakakat, and halloumi is perfect for a joint Lebanese tasting experience. Paired beautifully with a great selection of unique wines and cocktails handpicked by me and my family.
