The app contains an extensive training program function, a nutrition log and a function for viewing your results 24/7. All actions you take in our app can be viewed by the coach, giving you the perfect incentive.

The Alpha Program creates a unique community of like-minded people through the motivating and informative ALPHA app/Whatsapp group and the 4 ALPHA events that are held annually. This concerns the Strong Viking Run, the photo shoot, an ALPHA party and an ALPHA day.
