The Glass Half Full Community (GHFC) is a not for profit initiative founded on 1st July 2017, dedicated to sharing stories of 'realistic optimism', through regular updates, editor’s Blogs and contributions to our GHFC Discussion Forum.

'The GHFC' supports removal of all stigma attached to depression, at the same time enhancing awareness of mental health wellbeing by providing mechanisms to suppress and manage 'anxiety triggers'. Awareness starts with a simple conversation; even if just one comment in an update, in our 'Blog', or on our 'Forum', can help to raise awareness, then it will be an enormous victory.
