They’ve been on a strong upward trajectory with nearly everything over the last few years; bought the big house. Got a nice car. A loving partner, 2.5 kids, work & business going well. In fact – scrap that – things are booming. They are smashing their career.

But… Where they are with their health, mindset, physique, and energy doesn’t match up.

This has been on a downward trajectory since their late 20s.

They can talk the talk and yes they’ve got the confidence to keep going, but their belly hangs over their trousers, they’re getting overwhelmed at work and they’re coming home stressed out of their minds.

There is clearly a disconnect here. Being the overweight, “jolly” boss sweating over their sushi in a board meeting doesn’t sit with the sharp, industry leader that they want to be.
