Weight Training Programs

Weight training programs for all levels of lifters. Whether you are a beginner, teen, master’s or elite lifter; there is a program for you.

These programs have been developed and are currently used by 11 time World Powerlifting Champion & World Bench Press Record Holder, Jennifer Thompson. Once you have signed onto the app you will be invited into Jen’s private lifting community. Here you can ask questions or post videos for feedback.
