-You can now personalize the timers countdown time of 3 timers from 1 seconds to 999 seconds, for every kind of users use of the app.

Now you can use the percentage calculator tab of 1RM on 3 exercises. Very handy for training schedule and when you have to train with really precise weighs without opening your calculator continuosly, like in strengh training at fixed percentage.
