TONE Care is an online health consultation service for TONE members. We cannot provide prescriptions for diagnoses and examinations by doctors. Depending on the time of day and circumstances, doctors may not be able to respond immediately. Please note. Reception hours are from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekdays.

* “Physician, etc.” refers to a person who has a national qualification, etc. suitable for receiving consultation for this service, such as a certified psychologist, pharmacist, or mental health social worker, in addition to a doctor.
