WHAT ARE CATASRTAL DATA?

Cadastral data is data that contains information about land ownership. Cadastral data sets contain information about the geography of parcels or lots, individual properties.

WHAT IS TERRITORIAL DIVISION?

It is politically divided into 29 provinces and a national district (Art. 5 Constitution). Each province is divided into municipalities, of which there are 117 in the country, each of them divided into smaller territorial units, such as municipal districts, rural sections and places.

WHAT ARE THE PROTECTED AREAS?

Protected Areas in the Dominican Republic are regulated by Law 67 of 1974, which created the National Parks Directorate, recognizing three categories of protection of natural areas: National Parks, Nature Reserves and Panoramic Roads.

In these areas the construction or purchase and sale of real estate is not allowed, so you have to know it well.
