Though most vendors are still down, Bungie re-enabled Xur and Eververse! That means you can at least use this app to check Xur's armor quality while we wait for everything to be back up.

When Rise of Iron dropped, the vendor API went down on Bungie's end, and they've been hard at work trying to fix it. Unfortunately they're saying it probably will still be down until October 11th. I cannot do anything to make it work, but once it's back Tower+ will be fully operational and better than ever!
