Application to help look up information about health insurance - Check online

The application allows the user to look up the following information:

► Check through route

► Check that the card is valid when used at the medical facility

► Look up the expiration date or the expiry date

► See who is eligible, participating insurance level and policies related to the benefits of the participant

There are 2 ways to use the app to test:

♦ Check through QR Code

♦ Check it manually by entering some information required to check the information

☼ User configures CSKCB account (username and password) provided by social insurance

☼ Application requires internet connection or mobile data to check card.

☼ The application is not for everyone, only organizations and individuals with social insurance-issued accounts can use it. Take care to avoid unwanted download and use. Thanks!
