Fix data flow with heart rate monitors when they send multiple RR-Interval readings in one data packet. Happened with a Polar H7 but it can happen with other monitors as well. The symptom was that the heart rate may only updated haphazardly.
Fix distance and calorie bump when workout is paused (and both metrics "bump back" when workout continues)
