Supports a single transmission server on either http or https hosts with custom ports.

Current operations supported:

- list transfers

- start/stop/delete/re-verify all/selected transfers

- sort transfers by name/create date/ratio/size/progress

- sending downloaded torrent files to transmission from either the downloads or from a downloaded file

- filtering transfers by status/name

- display transfer details

- background notifications of finished downloads
