TRONIK Mobile

Real-time vehicle position tracking.

The TRONIK Mobile application is an additional free element of the TRONIK GPS System (hereinafter referred to as "TRONIK GPS") used to monitor the location and parameters of vehicles, analyze drivers' work and locate mobile devices. The mobile application can be an additional source of information on:

- ongoing monitoring of vehicle locations and parameters

- ongoing monitoring of the location of mobile devices

- preview of drivers' working time according to tachograph

- detailed analysis of the routes traveled by vehicles and mobile devices in the form of animations on the map in the "Route Animation" report.

- detailed analysis of the routes traveled by vehicles and mobile devices, in tabular form in the "Operation" report - other activities consistent with their duties and tasks handled within the TRONIK GPS System.

1. The TRONIK Mobile application is installed on mobile devices with Android (version 5.0 or higher), in particular on smartphones. For proper operation, it requires a functional and active Internet access module (cellular data or WiFi). Some application functionalities also require the mobile device to have rotation sensors or a compass in order to navigate directionally to the selected point.

2. In order to use the mobile application, the User must have an active account in the TRONIK GPS system with permissions to use the TRONIK Mobile application, and the application is launched, taking into account the technical requirements described above, by generating a login and password in the TRONIK GPS system and using these data when logging in to the TRONIK Mobile application.

3. Using the mobile application does not require providing any personal data. Any processing of personal data may take place solely for the purpose of implementing the contract and only concern the data of Users of the TRONIK GPS system, i.e. employees and drivers (if these data are personal data) and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). The owner provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

4. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not install the application or uninstall it. Permanently deleting the application from your mobile device is tantamount to ending the use of the application.
