Added parking time in drivingbook, can be toggled in settings
Added button to fit map to pins on map
Added search on list of devices when there's more than 5 devices
Added a toggle button for 0 km trips to be shown in drivingbook or not
Fixed datetime being set incorrectly on history page when retrieving trackers
Map positioning is more intelligent and can be toggled in settings
