Turbu+ Insights Netherlands

Turbu + Insights aims to help asthma / COPD patients in clinical research.

You can only participate in the Turbu+™ Insights program if you use Symbicort Turbuhaler. Turbu+™ Insights is intended to help people with asthma and/or COPD keep track of their inhaler use. This mobile app receives inhalation/use information via Bluetooth from a device (Turbu+™) that attaches to the inhaler. The mobile app stores and displays that data to help users follow their prescribed treatment schedule. The app also provides users with preset drug use reminders and motivational messages to encourage adherence to prescribed drugs. To use the Turbu+™ Insights app, you need a Turbu+ device. Ask your doctor or your lung specialist about this. They can order the devices from AstraZeneca. The Turbu+™ Insights program is not intended to:

• Perform diagnostics or establish, modify, or modify healthcare provider's treatment decisions.

• Continuously monitor the user's drug use.

• Determine or change the user's drug use or treatment plan, or recommend such changes.

• Modify or analyze inhaler usage information, other than to format the data for display.
