The application "uPulse" allows you to find, right on your mobile, the content of your activity program and inform exercises conducted during your club meetings (time, distance, series and repetitions, load ...). < / br>

You want to build you your own sessions? Start a free session and add the exercises of your choice. You can save your session to your favorites and thus incorporate it into your activity program.

Stay connected, be encouraged

Share on Facebook session that you are trying to achieve and receive the congratulations and encouragement from friends during your workout.

Activity Monitoring

Home, from your computer (PC or Mac), you can track your activity and your progress in your journal.

The application is available only to fitness clubs members equipped uPulse service.

To obtain your account, go to your club and ask for access to the service. An email indicating your login details will be sent to the email address you provided when you registered.
