Best interval timer for Tabata, Hiit, Gym or Boxing Workouts

TABATA AND HIIT INTERVAL TIMER

This is one of the most widely used types of interval timers today. It is based on short intervals of high intensity training, combined with rest breaks to recover. On the one hand, it is necessary to execute training rounds, which will be divided into several cycles.

In uTimer you will see:

ROUND TIMER

This timing of rounds is very similar to that of intervals, but you will only have available to configure the total rounds. The difference is that it does not include cycles.

This stopwatch can be very useful as a boxing timer in which you can configure the different rounds and it will notify you with a sound when you reach the end of each round.

CHRONOMETER

On the stopwatch timer, you can view the training time. By default, it is 1 minute and it will restart each time for the same time.

COUNTDOWN

View the remaining time you have to finish the exercise. The countdown function is set to 1 minute by default.
