We prepare our dishes with great responsibility, because your mood will depend on it. UVA spent a lot of time looking for the right and delicious products in Russia and Italy. We have put effort, experience and work into every dish that you have seen on this menu.

Please touch the edge of the pizza with your hands: here is the highest grade of flour from a small private farm in the Moscow region, Italian semula - soft wheat grits and farm eggs. It's delicious, because the quality of this pizza is the work of many people.
