About VACD Mobile Stats

The vACD Stats mobile app displays vACD agent and call statistics.

The vACD Stats mobile app displays vACD agent and call statistics. Display of statistics can be sorted, ascending or descending, by separate columns for agents, calls in queue, service level, number of calls, etc. Users can drill down to see details by selecting a row of statistics corresponding to a specific client skill. If the user has more than one client, statistics for each client will be on a separate page that the user can scroll.

Users can set thresholds for calls in queue and service level statistics. For calls in queue and service levels that are over the threshold, these statistics are marked bold red. Otherwise these statistics are marked bold green.

Users can enable notifications so that when the calls in queued or service level is over the threshold for a given client skill, a notification is delivered to the user's mobile phone.
