Quick and easy installation of heat pump systems with checklists and videos.

To best support the installation and commissioning of Vaillant heat pumps, we can introduce the new systemASSIST app - an app to support the entire installation and commissioning process for all Vaillant specialist partners and installers of Vaillant heat pumps.

The app is login-locked. Please log in with your access data, which you use for the FachpartnerNET or register yourself, if you do not have access yet.

Important: You only need to activate your login once. So ask your boss if he can unlock the app with his data for you.

How the app works:

1. Find heat pump system:

Select one of many different heat pump systems for installation: aroTHERM Split with uniTOWER, recoCOMPACT or versoTHERM. In addition, we are continually expanding the range and adding more systems.

2. Select workspace:

For each section of the installation we provide you with specific instructions, e.g. to set up the products, to carry out the electrical and hydraulic installation, to put the system into operation or to set the system controller correctly. Select a section and get an overview of all the tasks that fall into this workspace.

3. Describe system:

Where should the outdoor unit be installed, what is the size of the product, how long is the refrigerant pipe? Set the system properties once and get in the next step only the installation instructions that you actually need for the installation.

4. Installation instructions:

Here we support you as best we can. The digital installation guide includes short videos, the system schematic, a checklist of the most important tasks, and detailed information about each step. Work through the points step by step and the system installs instantly.
