Valeo Rescuer™ is the very first certified emergency call system, intended for cars that are not fitted as standard!

It was developed with the know-how and expertise of Valeo, a leading automotive supplier. Valeo Rescuer™ has been eCall TPS certified, according to the PPP80034 protocol (Navcert, 2021).

You will never be alone behind the wheel again. Valeo Rescuer™ is watching over you, at all times (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), and everywhere in Europe. A true technological concentrate, Valeo Rescuer™ automatically detects the accident thanks to its integrated gyroscope and accelerometer. It then alerts the emergency services, in an average of 90 seconds. In the event of an accident, you will be taken care of by a Valeo Rescuer™ operator and will be able to talk to him, in your language and anywhere in Europe. Thanks to its integrated SIM card, its microphone and its loudspeaker, Valeo Rescuer thus replaces your telephone, probably broken or ejected in the event of a severe accident. Your Rescuer can even charge your phone with its built-in fast USB port.

Valeo Rescuer™ also includes the call transfer service for your assistance to help you in the event of a breakdown (“breakdown call”) or an accident immobilizing your vehicle, but not requiring the intervention of the emergency services: all you need to do is simply press the red button on your Rescuer™ and give the name of your insurance to the operator to be transferred to your assistance.

By pressing manually, you can also trigger your Rescuer™ to come to the aid of another road user in distress (accident or breakdown). Then become a daily hero, become a Rescuer!

If you have VALEO RESCUER™ equipment, the application is essential for you to create your driver profile and manage your subscription (from €4.17 per month). Once your subscription is activated, the system works autonomously and you no longer need to use your smartphone or the application. This service is only available in Metropolitan France and Corsica.
