As a Vattenfall customer, you can use the Vattenfall charging app to quickly find available charging stations in your area. The user-friendly operation of the app with various filter functions and clear management of your bills makes everyday e-mobility easier for you.

THIS IS WHAT THE CHARGING APP OFFERS YOU IN DETAIL

INTUITIVE AND SIMPLE OPERATION

The app is downloaded in just a few steps and registration is completed by entering your Vattenfall contract account number (starting with 83...). Immediately afterwards, the best charging stations for electric vehicles will be suggested to you. Thanks to the intuitive user interface, you always have an overview.

EASY SELECTION OF CHARGING STATIONS

Charging stations differ according to the charging speed (AC/DC). To quickly find the right charging station, you can filter and sort as you like in the app. If you have found a charging station that suits you best, simply add it to your favourites.

AVAILABILITY AND ROUTE PLANNER

As soon as you have decided where you want to charge your e-car, let the route planner navigate you there comfortably. You can also see in real time whether someone is charging the battery in their e-car, whether there are disruptions or whether the station is free. We always keep the charging card up to date so that you only see the charging stations that are working.

PAYMENT BY DIRECT DEBIT

You can already see the prices for the charging process in the map view as a price per kilowatt hour (kWh). At the end of the month, you will receive a bill via the app with all stations and charging stations where you have charged the battery of your electric vehicle. The amount will be debited by SEPA direct debit. You can also easily manage your personal information.

YOUR FAVORITES

In the history you can see where you have already charged your electric vehicle. Is there a charging station that you drive to regularly? Then easily mark them as a favorite. Before you start your journey, do a short availability check. Alternatively, select another available charging point where you can charge your e-car.

FEEDBACK FUNCTION AND FAULTS

Have you had problems with a charging station? Then contact the fault hotline directly, which you will find at the charging station. Do you have questions about the charging station app? Easily report this using the built-in e-mobility service feature in the app. We will take care of your request as quickly as possible so that you can conveniently recharge your electric car.
