Vegains is a vegan nutrition coach by the top influencer Vegains (Ferdinand Beck).

Based your needs you will receive an easy-to-use individual meal plan created by the included artificial intelligence. Each recipe in the meal plan comes with 6 alternative recipes. In total the app contains more than 300 vegan recipes.

The Nutrition Coach will also include your weekly workout routines. All recipes will be adjusted accordingly to the increased requirements in calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats and micronutrients.

Your individualised shopping lists will make vegan grocery shopping easier than ever before.

On top of that you receive about 30 master classes covering a lot of knowledge about vegan nutrition. The classes will cover the sections “Eating Healthy”, “Nutrition Basics”, “Macronutrients”, “Micronutrients & Supplementation” and “Advanced Know-How”. The video classes will of course we presented by Vegains himself.
