VMS Barcoding

Companion app for Distinctive Systems Vehicle Maintenance System.

This app allows users of the Distinctive Systems Vehicle Maintenance System* Windows based software to perform barcoding operations on a mobile device simply and efficiently. The app cannot be used standalone. Before downloading this app please contact Distinctive Systems to receive information on the server requirements for this app.

User of the app can do the following:-

- Process picking list items

- Perform a blind stock check for parts

- Amend and add parts

All of the above can be initiated by simply scanning in any standard barcode that you have configured.

Distinctive Systems Vehicle Maintenance System is a workshop management package specially designed for coach, bus and truck operators. The system is in daily use with over 225 operators. The software provides defect reporting, statutory inspection planning, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activity management, job cards, history recording and workshop control. VMS streamlines the whole process and helps ensure records always meet the required standard.
