Create wonderful spacey music in a 3D environment by placing cubes on a grid
Voxeltone lets you create simple music in a cool, beautiful, real 3D environment:
Simply tap the 12x12 matrix to place cubes (voxels) inside, and easily create your harmonies.
Thanks to the magics of the Pentatonic scale - all tunes sounds great! (You can however combine notes from the Chromatic scale).
It's somewhat like the Doodle published for Oskar Fischinger’s birtday, only I thought of it first ;)
FEATURES
♬ Super easy to get going - just tap the grid to place the cubes
♬ The further you place the cube the lower the tone it will generate
♬ Use the slider at the top right to choose the tempo: 70 - 280 bpm
♬ All tones are in the pentatonic scale, so anything you do sounds very reasonable
♬ If you'd like to experiment, you could add chromatic notes as well
♬ You can change the perspective and zoom in and out of the grid, it's all in real 3D environment
♬ The perspective of the grid is influenced by the device's motion sensor (accelerometer), and changes according to its x-axis
♬ Device won't go to sleep as long as you're playing
♬ Completely free, no in-app purchases, No intrusive ads
