Description

Weladee is an Employee Time Attendance System, gathers information of working presence of employees. Employees can record time attendance from mobile phone or using key tag at gate station. Moreover, employees can record time attendance at branch offices or work sites. Director, Managers and HR staffs get real time alert of in/out for all his employees and a clear overview of real time attendance from online dashboard. Weladee makes it easy to manage time management in your organization and employees can also check their work hours via their mobile phone as well.

Functionalities

● Easy to install.

You can install Weladee Time Attendance System by yourself and it can be used immediately with the user and password provided by your HR department.

● Convenient time recording

Employees can record time attendance from mobile phones(available on both Android and iPhone) or using a RFID key tag.

● Check in/out at various locations

Employees can record time attendance at branch offices or work sites.

● Error Reduction

Time attendance automatically recorded would be less error than manually recorded.

● Message alert on mobile phone

Directors will be notified immediately when the employee check in/out and get an overview of time attendance from online dashboard.

● Automated reports

Various data and time attendance reports will be automatically generated in the format of pdf, xlsx, csv or attached in email.

● Holiday and sick leave request directly from mobile application
